The Corrupts of the past 4 years!

By tomorrow May 8th, we will be having the change of government, the new government with the elected President; Carlos Alvarado, will take charge of this country for the next 4 years.

So, here is a drawing of the most corrupted people we had in our government for the last 4 years.
From left to right: Eduardo Li (Former President of the Costa Rican Soccer Federation) "FIFA GATE", Celso Gamboa (Former Magistrate of the Congress and the most corrupt of all) "Cementazo", Abelino Esquivel (Former Deputy of the Congress). He charged his employees part of their salaries to give to his Evangelical Party and to some Churches, more to say that he kept all the money to himself. Otto Guevara (Former Deputy of the Congress) "Cementazo". He also hided $80.000 under the stairs in his place of work. Jorge Chavarría (Former General Attorney of the Country) "Cementazo", and last but not least; Juan Carlos Bolaños (the Mastermind of the "Cementazo").
