Pogo Connect One R1 TIPS.

Where to begin.... Let's see! I really had such High Hopes withe these...

I have my Pogo Connect 1 Pencil since December, I use it a lot and the orginal R3 tip that came with it have just started to break a little bit, so I wanted to buy some new tips for having as a spare. (The Pogo Connect 1 Pencil only comes with one tip, and not replacement).

First when I tried these R1 tips with my Pogo Connect 1, didn't work really well, the pressure sensitivity was really awful, I used the pencil hard and I could barely see the lines. So I contacted support and they asked me about downloading the Pogo Connect app, I did, I chose the R1 tip, and change the parameters (pressure amount and sensitivity) to the highest I could.

That changed everything, the R1 tip started working as it supposes to.

I'm not a professional illustrator, I work as a Freelance Portrait Illustrator, and I draw also for fun, I use an iPad 3, and the Sketchbook Pro app.

Said that.... I only have used my Pencil with the new R1 tip for ONE DAY and it's already breaking the rubber and tearing apart. And the pencil disconnects more than usual. Usually with the original tip, the R3, it disconnects sometimes, but it's not very often, with this R1 tip it disconnects a lot! And the battery is almost brand new, so I don't think that is normal.

So, I just bought a pair of the originals R3 tips, I'm waiting to get them, let's hope these can work well. I liked the R1 when I saw them because they were thinner, so I though "Hey that's helpful", well.... It was not!!!.
I'll review the R3 when I get them.
