Former President of the Costa Rican Soccer Federation, was captured among the others during the operation Fifa Gate in December 2015. It was disclosure recently that Li's "gain"was of $500.000 (in one of the many "agreements"); for the change of uniforms, firing the brand Lotto, and making a deal with the brand New Balance. This is only a small piece of the big corruption in the country.
