"For a Deputation"

The comic for this week is about the sad reality of the requirements for being a member of the Congress in Costa Rica, Latin America. Apparently, there aren't important requirements, for being part of the next Government 2018-2022, 14 people from the Evangelical Party were elected for the Congress, the hands of the country are in hands of Pastors in the majority, who have no freaking idea of politics, economy, general culture, fiscal deficit, human rights. BUT... they know how to play guitar and Tambourine!....
